REGISTRATION OPTIONS

The ICMP 2021 is currently being planned in physical on-site presence and will also be streamed online. As we understand the uncertainty during these unprecedented times, we offer our participants the flexibility of changing their registration until 1st July and upon availability from online to on-site or vice versa.

On-site Registration Fee

  • Includes: Admission to all thematic sessions, Admission to plenary sessions, Coffee breaks, Welcome reception, Wi-fi access, Congress programme (printed only on demand)
  • Does not include: Lunches, Conference dinner, Accommodation, Touristic excursions, Travel expenses, Personal insurance

Online Registration Fee

  • Includes: access to the virtual platform and all sessions

ICMP WHAT IF...


I registered for on-site and would like to change to online

From on-site to online:

Upon request, ICMP will change your initial on-site registration to online registration. ICMP will reimburse you the initial fee you paid (according to category) minus 150 CHF, (e.g. : if you are a student, you will not get any reimbursement as the fee on-site corresponds to the online option. If you are an ordinary participant, you will be reimbursed 100 CHF).



I registered for online presence but would now like to attend on-site

From online to on-site:

Upon request, ICMP will change your initial online registration to an on-site registration. For this process you will be asked to pay the remaining amount between online registration and onsite registration. (i.e. for category ordinary participants 250 CHF, the requested remaining amount will be 100 CHF)

I registered for on-site and would like to change to online

From on-site to online:

Upon request, YRS will change your initial on-site registration to online registration. If you are an ordinary participant or IAMP member, the remaining amount will not be reimbursed. For IAMP members is 5 CHF and for ordinary participants is 25 CHF.



I registered for online presence but would now like to attend on-site

From online to on-site:

Upon request, YRS will change your initial online registration to an on-site registration. For this process the ordinary participants will be asked to pay the remaining amount between online registration and onsite registration. If you are students or IAMP members you will not be asked to pay as the online registration covers the same amount.

Terms & conditions


PAYMENT TERMS
Full prepayment is needed prior to the conference. Invoice will be sent upon request only after the conference at no charge.

CHANGES & CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations and changes are to be addressed to the congress secretariat in writing at any stage prior to or during the event. All necessary refunds will be made after the congress (CHF).
Only one change of registration will be permitted.
Changes are to be made before 1st July, upon availability.

REGISTRATION
In case of cancellation from on-site presence, participants will be reimbursed only partially and partially will keep a credit which is considered as an entrance for online version.
For modification from on-site presence to online, participants will be asked to pay 5 CHF of refund fee.
No refunds will be given for cancellations of registrations to the online conference.
Fees for YRS is non-refundable.
If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason they may transfer, by arrangement with the registrar, their booking to someone else.
The Local Organizing Committee reserves the right to contact participants to verify their IAMP membership or student status.

IMPORTANT
It is recommended that participants maintain or obtain adequate cover for Travel, health and accident insurance before they depart from their countries. Kuoni Congress organizers cannot accept responsibility for personal injuries, or loss of, or damage to, private property belonging to the congress participants and accompanying persons. Kuoni Congress, Venue and Hotel are not responsible for either the partial or total non-execution of the contract in the event of accident, natural disaster (either threatened or actual) in war, curtailment or interruption of transportation facilities, threats or acts of terrorism, governmental travel or terrorism advisory, Strikes, Lock out, civil disturbance, the issue of a Travel Warning by the World Health Organization or any other cause beyond the parties’ control which prevents the Hotel and/or venue from accommodating the clients of Kuoni Congress for the event or if for the same reasons the event is cancelled by Kuoni Congress.

DATA PROTECTION
We inform you that your personal data will be added to the Organization's database for information related to ICMP conferences. By filling in the application form, you authorize the Organization and Kuoni Congress to use your personal data for the mentioned purposes. Swiss map (as host of the ICMP) has commissioned Kuoni Congress with registration, abstract handling, hotel booking and exhibition related tasks. Kuoni Congress is serious congress services provider respecting your privacy and protecting the personal information that we handle. All personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws, in the light of the new EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). To exercise your right to access to, rectification and cancellation of this information, contact the Congress Secretariat.

LIABILITY
Kuoni shall act as a mediator only and cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred or any damage inflicted on persons or objects irrespective of whatsoever cause. Only written agreements shall be valid. The place of jurisdiction shall be Geneva.
